"Loyalty to the Resistance" sends a diplomatic memorandum and holds Israel responsible for ceasefire violations in Lebanon

The Loyalty to the Resistance bloc in parliament submitted a memorandum to a number of Arab and foreign embassies addressing developments in the Israeli aggression against Lebanon and the ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement.

The memorandum stated that the world is witnessing US attempts to impose new rules on international relations through economic and military force, affecting the fate of states and peoples and entrenching a logic of domination, in its words.

The bloc pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has benefited from this international climate and has contributed to escalating regional tensions and drawing the United States into a confrontation with Iran, according to the text of the memorandum.

It added that Israel has intensified its military operations against Lebanon after 15 months of shelling, destruction, and violations of Lebanese sovereignty, accusing Netanyahu of reneging on the commitments set out in the ceasefire agreement reached through US mediation.

According to the memorandum, the agreement stipulated a halt to all hostile acts and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the areas they occupied, while the bloc maintains that Lebanon has fully complied with its terms, in contrast to the continuation of daily Israeli violations.
