British ambassador expresses concern over escalation in southern Lebanon: Targeting civilians and threatening World Heritage sites

British Ambassador Hamish Cowell wrote on the X platform:

“We are deeply concerned about the situation in southern Lebanon — the killing of civilians, including paramedics, the destruction of villages and civilian infrastructure, and the risks threatening cultural heritage sites of global significance.”
