Aoun Extends Eid al-Fitr Greetings to Lebanese, Urges Commitment to National Unity

President of the Republic Joseph Aoun extended his warmest congratulations and sincere wishes to all Lebanese, and to Muslims in particular, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. He expressed hope that God will return this blessed occasion to Lebanon and its people with goodness, peace, and stability, despite the difficult circumstances the country is facing, which have weighed heavily on its citizens with challenges, hardships, and sorrow.

Aoun said that “our faith in the resilience of the Lebanese people, and their commitment to national unity, remain a source of hope and confidence in a better future. Let us make this blessed occasion an opportunity to renew our commitment to the values of brotherhood and compassion, and to strengthen the spirit of solidarity that has always distinguished the Lebanese in the most difficult times.”
