Free Patriotic Movement: “Hezbollah Officials Must Assume Moral Responsibility and Avoid Mixing with Civilian Refugees”

The Free Patriotic Movement issued the following statement:

“Given the significant risks to the lives of civilians hosting hundreds of thousands of displaced Lebanese, amid the ongoing war waged by Israel, and in light of our condemnation of the crimes being committed, and due to the pursuit of Hezbollah members involved in the conflict, we believe that party officials, cadres, and leaders must assume their moral responsibility.

This entails refraining from mixing, residing, or hiding among displaced civilians and host communities, and restricting their presence to frontline areas where actual resistance takes place, in order to preserve human lives, maintain civil peace, and protect the national fabric.”
