Foreign Minister and Emigrants Youssef Rajji sent a message of condolence to his French counterpart, Jean-Noël Barrot, following the killing of Sergeant First Class Florian Monoturio while carrying out his duties as part of a peacekeeping mission, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
Rajji expressed his “strong condemnation of these criminal and cowardly acts,” and stressed that the Lebanese state will ensure that the perpetrators are pursued and punished for their actions.”
