Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned what it described as renewed Iranian attacks on its territory and that of several Gulf states, considering these attacks a clear violation of the sovereignty of the targeted countries and a threat to the region’s security and stability.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry stressed that the attacks targeting, according to its statement, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait constitute a flagrant breach of international laws and norms, emphasizing that respect for state sovereignty and non-interference in internal affairs are fundamental to preserving regional security.
Doha held Iran fully legally responsible for these acts and for any repercussions and consequences that may result from them, stressing the need to hold accountable those responsible for any escalatory steps that threaten the region’s security.
