Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam received French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, who reaffirmed France’s support for Lebanon during this critical phase. He stressed that France is working with various parties to help de-escalate the situation.
Barrot also reiterated his country’s backing for the Lebanese government’s decisions and indicated that France will increase humanitarian aid in the coming period.
