After the Warning... Exceptional Measures in Sarafand

Sarafand Mayor Ali Khalifa announced the "adoption of immediate precautionary measures following the receipt of a warning to evacuate the town," stressing the "need to avoid gathering inside the town or in its surroundings, whether in squares or public places, to prevent any potential risks."

Khalifa called on residents to "refrain from receiving mourners or holding condolence gatherings at this stage, in order to preserve public safety," urging them to "act calmly and prudently and not be drawn into panic or chaos, especially when moving toward safe areas."
