Security analyst Waddah Al-Sadiq highlighted the current situation in the capital, noting that "Beirut is turning into security squares, and fighters are spreading across several areas without visible weapons."
He also pointed out that "in areas without cameras, officials are using civilians as human shields," warning that "Beirut is on a knife-edge, and if security forces and agencies do not urgently deploy, the inevitable will only be a matter of time."
