The Customs Directorate issued the following statement:
“In order to organize and facilitate the entry of shipments arriving in Lebanon through customs crossings, particularly those imported via Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport, the General Directorate of Customs calls on all traders, importers, and their representatives to provide the customs declaration numbers via the following phone lines:

This is to allow customs staff to complete the necessary procedures, especially the customs inspection stage that cannot be processed through regular methods, and to ensure that the shipments are officially registered in accordance with regulations.
We rely on everyone’s cooperation to fulfill the role entrusted to the Customs Directorate during these exceptional circumstances affecting our beloved country.”
