Tehran places Lebanon under the umbrella of the agreement... and holds Washington and Tel Aviv responsible

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi affirmed that the ceasefire concluded between Iran and the United States covers all arenas of tension in the region, including Lebanon, stressing that any violation of the agreement on any front would be considered a comprehensive breach of the truce in all its provisions.

Araghchi explained, in a post on his social media accounts, that adherence to the ceasefire must be complete and reciprocal, warning that any transgression or escalation would undermine the existing understanding.

He added that the United States and Israel bear full responsibility for the repercussions and consequences that may result from any violation of the agreement or failure to comply with its terms across the various fronts.
