The Forecasting Department at the Meteorological Service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expected tomorrow’s weather to be partly cloudy with high clouds, with temperatures above their seasonal averages, before gradually beginning to decline from noon. Humidity will rise, causing fog to form over the highlands and clouds to thicken, making conditions favorable for scattered muddy showers accompanied by lightning and thunder, especially in inland areas. Winds will also become active at times.
The bulletin stated the following:
- General situation: Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin are being affected by warm air masses accompanied by active winds and a noticeable rise in temperatures, pushing them above seasonal averages. Temperatures are expected to begin declining from Sunday noon, turning the weather into unsettled spring conditions with occasional rain under the influence of a limited low-pressure system accompanied by relatively cold air masses. Its effect will continue until Tuesday evening, after which conditions will gradually stabilize again.
Note: Average temperatures for April are between 15 and 24 degrees in Beirut, between 13 and 23 in Tripoli, and between 9 and 22 in Zahle.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with high clouds, with temperatures above seasonal averages that begin to decline gradually from noon. Humidity will rise, causing fog over the highlands and thicker cloud cover, making conditions favorable for scattered muddy showers accompanied by lightning and thunder, especially in inland areas. Monday: Partly cloudy to cloudy with fog over the highlands and a noticeable drop in temperatures, returning to seasonal averages. Scattered rain is expected, becoming heavy at times from the afternoon onward, especially in southern and northern regions, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds. Sea waves will also rise. Rain will ease at night.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy with fog over the highlands. Temperatures will remain largely unchanged along the coast, while rising inland and over the mountains.
