Missiles Intended for Smuggling to Lebanon Seized in the Tal Kalakh Countryside

Internal Security forces in the city of Homs succeeded in arresting a smuggler and confiscating several missiles that had been hidden and prepared for smuggling into Lebanon, following a targeted security raid in the village of Al-Ameriyah in the Tal Kalakh countryside.

The Homs Internal Security Directorate indicated that this was the second operation of its kind, after Internal Security forces recently foiled an earlier attempt in which quantities of weapons and ammunition intended for smuggling into Lebanon were seized in Tal Kalakh, and those involved were arrested.
