Washington races against time to cement an understanding before the deadline expires

Al-Jadeed TV reported from Washington that the United States is pushing toward reaching a joint declaration, or what is known as a “framework understanding,” before the current ceasefire deadline expires, even if a comprehensive and full agreement is not finalized.

According to the information, the US side is insisting on keeping the track of talks open and continuing in the coming phase, amid ongoing diplomatic activity.

The information also indicates anticipation of a brief US statement in the coming hours, confirming the “continuation of discussions” between the parties concerned.
