The head of the Change Movement, Elie Mahfoud, wrote on his account on the “X” platform: “Mohammad Reza Sheibani is now present on Lebanese territory in violation of state decisions, and there is no room for any circumvention of this reality. He has only two options: either remain confined within the premises of his country’s embassy without any movement, or step out and immediately face the implementation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ decision to deport him from the country. Any attempt to impose a fait accompli or bypass the decision will be met with decisive action… the decision is clear and the deadline has expired.”
