Clemenceau hosts a political meeting between the Progressive Socialist Party and the Free Patriotic Movement to discuss developments and challenges

Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Taymour Jumblatt received at his office in Clemenceau a delegation from the Free Patriotic Movement, which included Strong Lebanon bloc member MP Cesar Abi Khalil, political adviser to the FPM chief Antoine Constantine, and coordinator of the movement’s media advisory body Salim Haddad.

According to a statement, the meeting addressed the general situation in the country and ways to strengthen cooperation among the various political forces, with the aim of confronting the current challenges facing Lebanon.

Also attending the meeting alongside Jumblatt were Democratic Gathering member MP Faisal Sayegh, the party’s secretary-general Zafir Nasser, and MP Jumblatt’s adviser Houssam Harb.
