Abdul-Malik al-Houthi: The authority in Lebanon is taking stupid, foolish and false political positions… and its positions serve the enemy

Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, made strongly worded statements focusing on the role of the المقاومة in Lebanon and the stance toward the Lebanese state and its policies.

Al-Houthi said:

– “Were it not for the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, the Israeli enemy would have been able to achieve gains at the regional level.

– By confronting the Zionist aggression, Hezbollah is carrying out its legitimate duty by every standard.

– Targeting the Lebanese people in the south is a targeting of all of Lebanon and a violation of the sovereignty of the entire country.

– Some within the Lebanese authority, and those with deviant tendencies, are directing blame and responsibility at Hezbollah and are trying to stab it in the back.

– The positions of some within the Lebanese authority are foolish political positions that serve the enemy and deny all the clear facts.

– The Israeli enemy is the aggressor against Lebanon and continues its aggression and violations of all agreements, and has not adhered to any agreement.

– Hezbollah is confronting the Israeli aggression against Lebanon with high effectiveness and is inflicting heavy losses on the Israeli enemy.

– The great, heroic and ongoing operations carried out by Hezbollah are effective, influential and pressure-building operations.

– The authority in Lebanon should benefit from Hezbollah’s operations to pressure the enemy toward a position that compels it to completely halt the aggression and withdraw.

– The authority in Lebanon is taking stupid, foolish and false political positions and wants the situation to continue as it was over the past 15 months.

– The authority in Lebanon wants Hezbollah to be restrained, and the issue is being turned into one where the problem is Hezbollah’s weapons, while the enemy’s hand remains free to carry out attacks.

– The authority in Lebanon wants the occupation to remain permanent, and this is something Hezbollah cannot accept.

– Hezbollah, which proceeds from great principles and is an elevated model in the الأمة, naturally cannot accept such trade-offs and false equations.

– The peoples of our الأمة should be aware of many facts, because there is a campaign of distortion, whether regarding Hezbollah or the Palestinian resistance.

– There are those who adopt the American and Israeli narrative that the problem is always the weapons of the resistance in any country confronting the enemies’ efforts at occupation.

– Hezbollah’s operations are effective, great and powerful, and very important operations that have restored dignity to the Lebanese people.

– The authority in Lebanon is supposed to recognize the high effectiveness of Hezbollah’s operations and invest them in the proper way.

– The authority in Lebanon should not bet on the illusions with which the Americans deceive others among the naive and gullible.”
