Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he had reviewed a special project aimed at countering the threat posed by Hezbollah’s drones, noting that the project needs time to be completed.
In a related context, Netanyahu said that Israeli pilots are capable of reaching any point in Iranian airspace, stressing their full readiness to act when necessary.
He also revealed the acquisition of two squadrons of modern F-35 and F-15 aircraft, saying that these aerial capabilities reinforce what he described as Israel’s overwhelming air superiority.
He added that this superiority “was demonstrated in the previous operation inside Iran, and it continues to this day.”
