We, the sons and daughters of this homeland, say it loud and clear:
Give us our Lebanon, and take your Lebanon.
We do not want a Lebanon that is subordinate to anyone.
We do not want a Lebanon that follows the Syrian regime or any other regime.
We do not want a Lebanon that marches under the banner of Iran or anyone else.
Lebanon is not a playground for settling scores, nor a pawn in the hands of any country.
We do not want a Lebanon that implements foreign agendas.
We want a Lebanon whose decisions come from its people, its citizens, and its land.
We want a Lebanon
A land of peace, not a land of wars.
A land of saints, not a land of division.
A land of culture and civilization, not a land of ignorance and dependency.
This is the Lebanon we know:
Since the time of the Phoenicians, from here came the alphabet, and from here came light to the world.
This is the Lebanon that carried a message, not one on which a message is imposed.
We want a state that reflects us,
Respects its people,
Protects its citizens,
And is a free, independent sovereign—not beholden to any bloc.
If you want a Lebanon that is submissive, take it for yourselves.
But for us, we want our Lebanon, just as we have always dreamed of it.
