Yemeni government escalates confrontation: Houthis will pay the price for escalation

The Yemeni Cabinet held the Houthi militia fully responsible for the current escalation, stressing that the group will bear the consequences of any repercussions affecting Yemen’s security and stability.

The Cabinet underscored that the continuation of these practices is worsening the security and political situation and undermining the chances of achieving stability, warning of the seriousness of their repercussions for the country.

The Cabinet affirmed that the government will continue to take various political, diplomatic, legal and military measures to ensure the protection of Yemen’s sovereignty and the defense of its security and national interests.
