The Financial Times, citing sources, reported that U.S. President Donald Trump "was angry during his meeting with the NATO secretary-general and threatened to punish European countries he considers insufficiently supportive of the war."
The newspaper added that Trump told NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte: "We tested the alliance, and it failed."
