Villages south of the Litani witnessed overnight and in the morning a slight displacement movement toward Sidon and Beirut, due to the lack of basic services such as electricity and water in some towns, the inability to carry out repair work, and the fact that a large number of residents’ homes have been destroyed or are uninhabitable as a result of Israeli attacks.
