
The "Disaster Risk Management Unit" at the Grand Serail has issued its daily report on the current situation in Lebanon, noting a significant increase in the number of displaced persons and human casualties due to ongoing hostilities.
According to the report dated March 28, 2026, a total of 663 shelters are currently open, accommodating approximately 136,148 displaced individuals from 35,115 families.
Hostile incidents recorded in the past 24 hours amounted to 4,235, resulting in 47 deaths and 112 injuries. The cumulative toll since the outbreak of the conflicts has reached 1,189 deaths and 3,427 injuries.
