During a joint press conference with Foreign and Expatriates Minister Asaad al-Shaibani at Tishreen Palace, Guterres expressed his happiness at being in the Syrian capital at this pivotal stage, noting that the coming period carries hopes and opportunities to rebuild Syria and strengthen its path toward stability and development.
