Investigative Judge Tarek Bitar has concluded his investigations into the Beirut Port explosion case and referred the entire file to the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Judge Jamal Al-Hajjar, to review the case on its merits and provide his opinion and requests regarding the defendants.
Those concerned had been questioned since early 2025, with no decisions taken against them so far.
The case includes a total of 70 defendants.
