The Ministry of Public Works and Transport issued the following statement:
“The teams of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, immediately following the Israeli airstrike that targeted a building near the airport road, carried out debris removal operations and reopened the road to traffic, after scattered rubble had blocked this vital route.
Bulldozers and maintenance crews from the ministry were promptly deployed to the site, working to clear the debris, clean the roadway, and remove all obstacles.
The ministry confirmed the continued readiness of its teams for rapid intervention, ensuring that the road network remains passable, particularly the roads leading to Rafic Hariri International Airport, given their importance as one of the vital arteries for citizens’ movement.”
