
On the instructions of Lebanese Democratic Party leader Prince Talal Arslan, the party’s head of foreign relations, Mohammad Al-Muhtar, visited Salman Athar, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Lebanon, conveying the party leadership’s greetings and its appreciation for the mediating role Pakistan is playing and for its hosting of the crucial international negotiations between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Al-Muhtar stressed that “this role is of great importance at this delicate stage, given the positive implications it carries for security and stability in the Middle East, as well as its direct impact on safeguarding the global economy and strengthening economic security, in a way that helps ease tensions and consolidate stability at both the regional and international levels.”
