Legislation returns to the forefront... Berri sets date for a parliamentary session to continue passing laws

Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri called on lawmakers to convene for a plenary session on Wednesday and Thursday, July 15 and 16, 2026, at 11 a.m., with proceedings to continue into the evening if necessary.

The session will be devoted to continuing the discussion and approval of a number of draft laws and legislative proposals listed on the agenda, as part of completing the legislative process within Parliament.
