Between Baabda and "Hezbollah"... the line is cut!

A source told Nidaa Al Watan that there is no direct communication between the presidency and "Hezbollah" at the current stage, while noting at the same time that the doors of Baabda Palace are not closed to anyone.

This comes as a date is expected to be set this week for a Cabinet session, to be held against the backdrop of the launch of direct negotiations, amid contacts taking place بعيدًا from the media between the concerned authorities, with the aim of containing the political tension and keeping the atmosphere of strain away from government sessions, given the inability of the "Shiite duo" to obstruct the course of the direct negotiations.
