
The Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Grand Serail issued its daily report on the current situation on April 6, 2026, revealing the continued impact of the escalation on both humanitarian and field levels.
According to the report, 678 shelters have been opened, accommodating a total of 138,532 displaced persons, representing 36,125 families, amid growing pressure on shelter capacities.
In terms of hostilities, 5,806 incidents have been recorded, reflecting the ongoing intensity of the situation.
As for human losses, 36 people were killed and 209 injured in the past 24 hours.
The cumulative toll since the beginning of the crisis has reached 1,497 fatalities and 4,639 injuries, underscoring the worsening humanitarian conditions and continued human losses.
