The Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that "Israeli enemy raids on southern Lebanon today, April 24, resulted in the martyrdom of 6 citizens and the injury of two others, as follows:
- Two martyrs in Wadi al-Hujayr
- One martyr in Srifa
- One martyr in Yater and one wounded person treated at the scene
- Two martyrs in Touline
- One wounded person in Khirbet سلم".
