The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement:
“In the context of monitoring social media platforms, a new website named ‘m2wa.com’, created on 1-3-2026 and dedicated to registering displaced persons, has been detected.
Following investigations by the Information Branch of the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces, the website was found to be suspicious.
Accordingly, the General Directorate warns citizens and residents not to access or interact with this website to avoid potential data and personal information theft.
The Directorate reiterates its warning against visiting any suspicious or unsecured websites, pages, or links from unverified sources, to prevent account hacking, personal data breaches, or financial theft.”
