Major General Ibrahim’s account hacked

The media office of Major General Abbas Ibrahim announced that “his social media account has been hacked, and its contents have been manipulated since this morning. A statement will be issued once it is officially restored.”

The media office added in a statement that “this hacking comes as part of a systematic campaign involving fake accounts over the past several days aimed at distorting the course of the Major General’s record by claiming he works for the Mossad, sought protection for friends abroad, recruited agents for Hezbollah, or forged passports for non-Lebanese individuals.”
