Based on the instructions of the competent judiciary, the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces has circulated the photo of the detainee H.H. (born in 1975, Palestinian) on suspicion of carrying out fraud and scam operations عبر social media by posting advertisements for the sale of beds and mattresses at reduced prices, attaching videos to promote these offers. When contacted by a customer, he asks them to send part of the amount through a money transfer office as a purchase deposit. After seizing the money, all means of contacting him are cut off.
Accordingly, the General Directorate requests that anyone who has fallen victim to his actions and recognizes him contact the Information Branch – Beirut Branch at 01-705127, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures.
