Drug dealer arrested in Antelias... caught in the act!

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces — Public Relations Division issued the following statement:

"As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces to combat drug trafficking and dealing operations across various Lebanese regions, the Information Branch obtained information about an unidentified individual dealing drugs in the Metn area.

As a result of investigations and inquiries, the branch was able to identify him as: A. T. (born in 1986, Lebanese).

Following a careful surveillance and monitoring operation, one of the branch’s patrols arrested him red-handed in the Antelias area while he was dealing drugs from aboard a white Toyota vehicle, which was seized.

A search of him and the vehicle led to the discovery of:

6 plastic containers marked “100 $” containing cocaine

2 plastic containers marked “NET” containing cocaine

12 plastic containers containing cocaine

3 paper envelopes marked “100 $” containing cocaine
