During the meeting, Matar delivered a detailed presentation to the heads of municipalities, explaining how the system operates and highlighting its role in driving digital transformation within local administrations. The project focuses on improving data management, accelerating transaction processing, and developing monitoring and oversight mechanisms—ultimately increasing efficiency and transparency in municipal work.
He also reviewed the system’s key components and services, particularly its ability to facilitate communication between municipalities and citizens, while modernizing administrative practices in line with the demands of the digital era.
The meeting included a series of proposals, as well as questions and discussions among attendees, focusing on ways to develop municipal work and leverage smart systems to improve public services.
