
The Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Grand Serail has released its daily report on the current situation, dated April 3, 2026, highlighting the ongoing humanitarian and field-level repercussions of the escalating situation.
According to the report, a total of 674 shelters have been opened, currently hosting 137,187 displaced individuals from 35,916 families, amid increasing pressure on infrastructure and essential services.
On the ground, the report recorded a rise in hostilities, with 5,240 incidents documented, reflecting sustained tensions across multiple areas.
Regarding casualties, 23 people were killed and 98 injured over the past 24 hours, bringing the cumulative toll since the beginning of the events to 1,368 fatalities and 4,138 injuries.
