
The Disaster Risk Management Unit issued its daily report on the current situation in Lebanon, released from the Grand Serail on March 22, 2026, highlighting the ongoing impact of hostilities on civilians and infrastructure.
The report stated that 644 shelters are currently open, hosting approximately 134,377 displaced persons from 34,074 families.
Hostile incidents recorded over the past 24 hours numbered 3,275, resulting in 5 fatalities and 46 injuries in the daily count.
The cumulative human toll since the beginning of the crisis stands at 1,029 fatalities and 2,786 injuries, reflecting the continued suffering of civilians due to ongoing hostilities.
