The Public Prosecution, headed by Judicial Prosecutor Judge Jamal Al-Hajjar, has issued a search and investigation warrant against journalist Rami Naim after he failed to appear to provide his statement before the Criminal Investigation Department, following complaints filed by several lawyers.
According to informed sources, Naim had been previously notified of the scheduled time to appear as part of the ongoing investigations, but he did not present himself to the competent authorities. This prompted the authorities to take the necessary legal measures and issue the warrant to locate him and ensure his appearance according to legal procedures.
