Channel 12 in Israel reported, citing informed sources, that the United States is preparing a 15-point document aimed at ending the war with Iran. The plan includes a month-long ceasefire, during which negotiations would take place to reach an agreement similar to past arrangements in Gaza and Lebanon.
According to the sources, Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former President Donald Trump, along with US envoy Steve Witkoff, are currently working on establishing an executive mechanism for this document to resolve the conflict with Tehran.
Under this mechanism, strict limitations would be imposed on Iran’s nuclear program, along with other stringent conditions.
Sources also noted that “despite doubts about Iran’s willingness to accept this proposal, Israel has expressed concerns that the United States might push for a general framework agreement, postponing details to later stages.”
The document, which will be presented to Iran, includes the following 15 points:
A month-long ceasefire.
Dismantling existing accumulated nuclear capabilities.
Iran’s commitment never to pursue nuclear weapons.
No enrichment of any materials on Iranian soil.
Delivery of all enriched materials to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) according to an agreed timeline.
Decommissioning and destruction of the Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow facilities.
Full access for the IAEA to all information within Iran.
Iran’s abandonment of the proxy approach (its affiliated groups in several countries).
Halting funding and arming of its regional proxies.
Keeping the Strait of Hormuz open as a free maritime zone, without closure by any party.
A later decision regarding Iran’s missile program, with necessary limits on number and range.
Iran’s future military capabilities to be used solely for self-defense.
Lifting all sanctions on Iran.
Providing assistance to Iran in developing and strengthening its civilian nuclear project in Bushehr for electricity generation.
Removing the “snapback” threat that automatically reimposes sanctions on Tehran.
