
Figures in the daily report issued by the Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Grand Serail on March 11, 2026, indicate a continued deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Lebanon, with rising numbers of displaced people and increasing casualties amid the recent escalation.
According to the data, the number of shelters opened so far has reached 590 centers, while the total number of self-registered displaced persons has climbed to 816,700. Around 125,800 displaced individuals are currently staying in official shelters, representing 31,900 families.
The report also noted that 1,450 hostile incidents have been recorded during the recent period.
Regarding casualties, 64 people were killed and 142 injured in the past 24 hours, bringing the cumulative toll since the start of the escalation to 634 deaths and 1,586 injuries.
