Prime Minister Nawaf Salam chaired a meeting attended by Defense Minister Michel Mounsi, Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmed Al-Hajjar, Director General of the Internal Security Forces Major General Raed Abdullah, Head of the Intelligence Division Brigadier General Mahmoud Qabrosli, and Army Operations Director Brigadier General George Rizkallah.
The Prime Minister was briefed on the developments in the south, as well as the associated displacement and security challenges across various regions of Lebanon.
Salam emphasized the need to intensify security measures across all areas of Lebanon, particularly in the capital Beirut, to safeguard citizens and their property.
