Lawyer Rafic Walid Ghrizi has filed a complaint before the Public Prosecutor’s Office against expelled Iranian Ambassador Mohammad Reza Sheibani, over his refusal to leave Lebanese territory despite the expiration of the official deadline and the withdrawal of his accreditation.
