The Ministry of Interior of Kuwait issued the following statement:
“In light of the current circumstances facing the country and the region, and as part of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing monitoring of security developments, and its keenness to take preventive measures that contribute to maintaining public safety and the security of citizens and residents, and to enhance the capacity of relevant authorities to respond to any emergency under the current conditions:
For the safety of everyone, the Ministry of Interior urges citizens and residents to remain at home and avoid going out except in cases of absolute necessity, from 12:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, until 6:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8. This precautionary measure aims to ensure everyone’s safety, enhance preventive measures, and enable security authorities to carry out their duties efficiently.
The Ministry also confirms that this measure is part of efforts to maintain security and stability, calling on everyone to comply with the issued instructions and to cooperate with the competent authorities during this period.
