Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam received a phone call from Luxembourg’s Prime Minister Luc Frieden, who expressed his country’s solidarity with Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of respecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as upholding international law.
For his part, Prime Minister Salam stressed that Lebanon relies on Luxembourg’s support in addressing the humanitarian crisis caused by the displacement of nearly twenty percent of the Lebanese population, calling for all possible pressure to be exerted to stop the war on Lebanon.
