He stated:

The required step is for Lebanon’s friends to mobilize support for President Aoun’s initiative for direct negotiations with Israel

The continued displacement caused by Israeli attacks is increasing the challenges facing the government

We are facing a relief crisis due to the displacement of 1.5 million people as a result of the war

The government has taken qualitative steps toward restricting arms

The army needs equipment and resources to fully deploy in the south

What Israel is carrying out in terms of attacks on civilians, including journalists and medical personnel, is prohibited under international law
