Al-Sharaa and Salam in Damascus: Discussions on enhancing cooperation and coordination on economic and security issues

President Ahmed Al-Sharaa received today at the People’s Palace in Damascus the Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic, Nawaf Salam, in the presence of ministerial delegations from both countries.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, develop economic and trade cooperation in a manner that serves shared interests, and enhance security coordination to support stability and confront challenges, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments and issues of common concern.
