The Municipality of the City of Choueifat condemns, in the strongest and harshest terms, the blatant and unacceptable assault that targeted a Civil Defense team in the Khaldeh area, and considers it a dangerous act that strikes at the authority of the state and the safety of official institutions. The municipality affirms that it will not tolerate this behavior under any circumstances, and will immediately begin taking the maximum legal measures against the assailants, including pursuing them until the harshest penalties are imposed.
In this context, the municipality calls on the security forces to fully assume their responsibilities and to take strict and immediate measures in the Khaldeh area to put a definitive end to the سلسلة of violations and unlawful practices that have been recurring in an alarming manner, particularly the repeated attacks on municipal police officers. It stresses that the continuation of this approach will not be acceptable under any circumstances, and that the authority of the law will be enforced with the necessary force.
