Samir Geagea said the current phase calls for different approaches in dealing with sensitive issues, amid the rapid transformations taking place in the region.
Geagea made the remarks during an interview with Hadley Gamble on the program “The Truth,” where he said:
"A meeting between President Joseph Aoun and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is 'necessary,'" rejecting the idea of postponing it.
"The current phase requires direct and clear steps in light of the fast-moving regional developments," he said, considering that such a meeting could fall within a different approach to managing sensitive issues.
