Four Iranian missiles shot down over Jordan... army vows to confront any new violation

The Jordanian Armed Forces announced that they intercepted and shot down four Iranian missiles that entered the kingdom’s airspace early on Monday, stressing that the operation was carried out with high efficiency and at the highest levels of readiness, with no injuries or material damage reported.

It explained that army engineering teams dealt with the shrapnel that fell in several locations and took the necessary measures to ensure the safety of المواطنين.

The Jordanian Armed Forces reiterated that they continue to monitor the skies around the clock, stressing that any attempt to violate the kingdom’s sovereignty or threaten its security will be met firmly, in accordance with the approved rules of engagement and in a manner that preserves the country’s security and the safety of its territory.
